Encourage young learners to develop essential numeracy and literacy skills with our engaging “I See” 10-frame sentence building activity. Each board features a 10-frame grid. The frames are filled with colorful pictures representing various objects or animals. Sentence Building Cards: Accompanying the 10 frames are sentence building cards containing incomplete sentences beginning with “I see…”. Each card features a sentence starter followed by a blank space for children to complete the sentence. Matching Picture Cards: Corresponding picture cards depicting the objects or animals featured in the 10 frames are provided. These cards enable children to match the visual representation in the frame with the correct object or animal. Number Cards: Number cards from 1 to 10 are included to help children practice numeral recognition and numerical order. Children select the appropriate number card to represent the quantity shown in the 10 frame. Colour Cards: Colour cards in various shades are provided to encourage children to identify and match colors found within the pictures. Extension: This activity is extended by allowing children to have 2 different coloured objects in the frame.
